skowt.cc is built by dromzeh (Marcel Elias) and operated by Antifield LTD.

It's a hobby project: free to use, with no ads and no paid plans, made in spare time since 2022, when it was called wanderer.moe. It's run through a company so that a real legal entity takes responsibility for the site, separate from the developer personally. It's also what holds skowt.cc's registered DMCA agent.
